dkok Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire legal agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and dkok ("dkok", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and gaming platform accessible at dkok.lat (the "Platform"). These Terms govern all use of the Platform, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino gaming, slots, fishing games, and all associated payment, bonus, and account management services.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the dkok Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum age requirement for all dkok accounts without exception.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and on your own behalf, not on behalf of another person.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of a dkok employee or contractor.
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform or had a dkok account terminated for breach of these Terms.

dkok reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any stage of the registration or withdrawal process. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by dkok will result in account suspension and may result in permanent closure. Any winnings accrued on an account that is subsequently found to belong to a player under the age of 21 will be voided and forfeited.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of dkok services, players must register a personal account on the Platform. The following rules apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one active dkok account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will be closed upon detection. Any balances held in duplicate accounts are subject to forfeiture.

• Account closure: You may request closure of your dkok account at any time by contacting support. Pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to standard rules. Any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method subject to verification.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

dkok supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional payment methods may be made available at dkok's discretion and will be communicated on the Platform.

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction, subject to review.
• Withdrawal method: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, as a general rule. dkok may require additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Processing times: Deposits are credited to your account balance promptly upon confirmation. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method but are typically completed within 24 hours for verified accounts.
• Currency: All transactions on the dkok Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT).
• Third-party payments: dkok does not accept deposits from payment accounts registered in a name other than your own. Third-party deposits will be returned and may trigger an account review.
• Transaction limits: dkok reserves the right to apply daily, weekly, or monthly deposit and withdrawal limits at the account level for player protection or regulatory compliance purposes. Players will be notified of any limits applied to their specific account.

All deposit and withdrawal requests are subject to dkok's anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures. dkok reserves the right to delay or decline any transaction pending the completion of such checks.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

dkok may offer promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other incentives to registered players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless superseded by specific promotion terms communicated at the point of offer:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games or markets will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses are credited to one account per player, per household address, and per device. Players found to be abusing multiple accounts to claim bonuses will have all accounts closed and all balances forfeited.
• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion. Unused bonus funds expire automatically at the end of the validity period.
• dkok reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonuses already credited and in active wagering progress will be honoured under the original terms.
• In the event of a dispute regarding bonus terms, the decision of dkok shall be final and binding.

6. Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity on the dkok Platform, including cricket, football, kabaddi, and all other sports markets offered:

• Bet acceptance: A bet is only valid once it has been accepted by the dkok system and a confirmation reference number has been issued. dkok reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion.
• Odds changes: Odds are subject to change up to the moment of bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the time your bet is confirmed are the odds that will apply to settlement.
• Event cancellation: If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the relevant outcome is determined, dkok will void the affected bets and return stakes to player balances unless specific rules for that market state otherwise.
• Live betting: In-play bets are accepted subject to market availability. During live events, markets may be suspended temporarily to allow for odds recalculation. dkok accepts no liability for connection delays that result in a bet being placed at odds that no longer reflect the live state of the event.
• Maximum payout: A maximum payout limit per event may apply and will be communicated on the relevant market page. dkok reserves the right to apply individual account-level bet limits.
• Errors: In the event of a manifest pricing error (also referred to as a "palpable error"), dkok reserves the right to void any bet placed at the erroneous price, whether or not the bet has already been settled.

7. Casino & Game Rules

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dkok Platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, and forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals:

• Using automated bots, scripts, software, or any mechanical or electronic device to place bets, interact with games, or access account features in a manner not intended for human interaction.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption in relation to any sporting event on which bets are placed through dkok.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or pricing errors knowingly and repeatedly.
• Engaging in systematic arbitrage betting that dkok determines to be abusive in nature.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity or payment information.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity.
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Reproducing, copying, or distributing any part of the dkok Platform without prior written consent.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the dkok Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, software, source code, game interfaces, text, graphics, images, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of dkok or its licensed third-party providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any dkok content without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dkok shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses.

dkok does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption, error, or technical failure. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party provider outages, and force majeure events may affect platform availability. dkok will make reasonable efforts to communicate planned downtime in advance.

In all cases where dkok is found liable, the maximum aggregate liability to any player shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their dkok account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Privacy & Data
